Brilliant Nerd provides an AI-powered service that converts design screenshots into production-ready code for various platforms including React, Webflow, WordPress, HTML/CSS, and others. The Service uses artificial intelligence, including Google's Gemini API, to analyze images and generate code.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload screenshots containing copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
  • Use the Service to generate code for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Resell or redistribute generated code without proper licensing

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any screenshots you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI systems solely to provide the Service.

Generated Code: Code generated by the Service is provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated code in your projects. However, the AI-generated code is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing and testing it before use in production.

Our Service: Brilliant Nerd, including our AI models, algorithms, and platform, remain our intellectual property.

6. AI-Generated Code Disclaimer

The code generated by our AI is meant to accelerate your development workflow. However:

  • AI-generated code may require review and modifications
  • We do not guarantee the code will be error-free or suitable for all purposes
  • You are responsible for testing and validating code before deployment
  • The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or suboptimal results

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google Gemini API for AI processing
  • Clerk for authentication
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Vercel for hosting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Payment Terms

Paid features are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilliant Nerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
